I completed my degree in industrial engineering, specializing in industrial organization, in 1999, and I have been a PhD in tourism innovation since 2021. My professional life has revolved around innovation management, both in the private sector, working in various consultancy firms, both my own and others, and in the public sector, promoting innovation projects and innovation management initiatives for companies, public entities, interface structures, and universities.
I have lived in several cities in Europe and Latin America. I strive to learn and improve every day. I believe in the collective. I enjoy what Life brings in each moment. I live very close to the Sea, and soon I will live again in travel mode. For me, happiness is about children, dogs, intimate conversations, and intelligent conversations.

Nominated by the magazine MujeresCía in 2021 in the category of Public Administration while serving as the managing director of the Balearic Islands Innovation Institute (IDI).
Between 2019 and 2023, I was the managing director of the regional development agency of the Balearic Islands (Spain), which is, among others, the entity that promotes the strategy for entrepreneurship and innovation at a regional level.
Since 1999, I have been building my own view of the world of innovation based on my studies and personal experience and learning in projects related to innovation policy, entrepreneurship, innovation in tourism, innovation in industrial and advanced sectors, and innovation in trade and craftsmanship.
As a communicator, I had a blog from 2005 to 2019, discussing my vision on innovation, and now I am restarting my communicative activity on the blog of this website, in my areas of expertise.
